Hm... Are you sure? If you look at https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-
ark/-/merge_requests/3608#note_2306475508, you can see that there are indeed
changes made to the end result automotive-specific configs here, and when I
run it locally here, I see the same changes.

With this MR, rebased on latest os-build, after make dist-rhel-configs:
```
$ grep CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q redhat/configs/*-automotive*.config
redhat/configs/kernel-6.14.0-aarch64-automotive.config:# CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q is
not set
redhat/configs/kernel-6.14.0-aarch64-automotive-debug.config:#
CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q is not set
redhat/configs/kernel-6.14.0-x86_64-automotive.config:# CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q is
not set
redhat/configs/kernel-6.14.0-x86_64-automotive-debug.config:#
CONFIG_VLAN_8021Q is not set
```

For CONFIG_MRP, I simply see nothing in any of the automotive config files,
similar to what's in the hook's diffs as well.
