After enabling the ones required as per Jira, the build (generation of config
files for different archs) was complaining about unset config files. To make
the build happy, I added new files for other archs but with configs disabled
in them. This is the reason mostly configs are disabled (other than aarch64).

I did basic sanity of the changes with boot and left rest of the checking on
the CI. But, I now can see there was no CI job ran for this MR, Please can you
share the job link with errors, if possible. I'll check on the regression
issue. And, if possible, could you also share the reason for no CI job under
the pipeline tab of this MR?
