Unset config items are not allowed. You will notice that the os-build tree
without this MR will pass `make dist-configs-check` You are now adding a new
arch, which must also pass that check. As new config items do come in with the
merge window, we do have a script which runs on os-build and creates these new
config items in pending-rhel and pending-fedora so they can be reviewed and
set properly, but this is not running for risc-v yet because this MR has not
been merged. Once it is merged, that will be handled automatically as well.

If you want to see what must be set, and review it, you can run `make dist-
configs-commit` which will create the pending entries set the their default
value instead of blindly turned off. I would recommend doing that next week,
once the merge window is closed and you can be sure the majority of new items
are there, otherwise you will likely need to do it again. New config options
are added pretty much daily during the merge window.
