redhat/kernel.spec: drop extra right curly bracket in kernel_kvm_package

If you look at expadned spec (output of rpmspec -P), there's a lost
right curly bracket after rt kvm package definitions:
  %package rt-kvm
  Summary: KVM modules for package kernel-rt
  Group: System Environment/Kernel
  Requires: kernel-uname-r = 6.11.0-0.rc0.c33ffdb70cc6.12.test.fc0.x86_64+rt
  Requires: kernel-rt-modules-core-uname-r = 6.11.0-0.rc0.c33ffdb70cc6.12.test.fc0.x86_64+rt
  Provides: installonlypkg(kernel-module)
  Provides: kernel-rt-kvm-x86_64 = 6.11.0-0.rc0.c33ffdb70cc6.12.test.fc0
  AutoReq: no
  %description -n kernel-rt-kvm
  This package provides KVM modules for package kernel-rt.
   }

There's an extra right curly bracket in macro call site, drop it.
