From: Patrick Talbert on gitlab.com https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/merge_requests/3222#note_1982668704 @jmflinuxtx These warnings: ~~~ 00:00:01 /tmp/rpmbuild/SPECS/kernel.spec: line 1695: unexpected argument to non-parametric macro %uname_suffix 00:00:01 /tmp/rpmbuild/SPECS/kernel.spec: line 1695: unexpected argument to non-parametric macro %uname_variant ~~~ It looks like they appeared recently and were fixed by [BZ-2284036 rpm 4.20 alpha will not buiild the current kernel spec](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2284036). But I see rawhide's `rpm` package was rebased last week and the patch resolving 2284036 was dropped: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rpm/c/c330f4c3c74f9d8b36edb6a33746ecb3e1aa3 145?branch=rawhide That patch went in upstream in PR 3137: https://github.com/rpm-software- management/rpm/pull/3137. It is merged to master but I do not see it listed in the release notes for rpm 4.20.0 beta 1: https://rpm.org/wiki/Releases/4.20.0 -- _______________________________________________ kernel mailing list -- kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to kernel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
