These warnings:

It looks like they appeared recently and were fixed by [BZ-2284036 rpm 4.20
alpha will not buiild the current kernel
spec](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2284036). But I see
rawhide's `rpm` package was rebased last week and the patch resolving 2284036
was dropped:

That patch went in upstream in PR 3137: https://github.com/rpm-software-
management/rpm/pull/3137. It is merged to master but I do not see it listed in
the release notes for rpm 4.20.0 beta 1:
