From: Prarit Bhargava <prarit@xxxxxxxxxx> redhat/configs: Remove HOTPLUG_CPU0 configs linux commit e59e74dc48a3 ("x86/topology: Remove CPU0 hotplug option") removed the code that implements these CONFIGs. These files can be safely removed.
