@codonell-rh @vmalikrh - patching samples/bpf/Makefile (add quotes around
TPROGS_LDFLAGS) allowed me to use TPROGS_LDFLAGS correctly.

@vmalikrh - who to send this patch to upstream? I assume they will take it?
