@prarit: If the convention for the configurations is to minimize the number of
files, then sure.  Opting in specific arches that we wanted tests for (even if
that requires more files) seems logically closer to the intent.  If, say,
RISC-V support is added some day, we'd have to remember to come here and turn
that arch file off, too.  With Julia's setup, any new arch would be disabled
by default w/o any interaction.  Let us know which method is preferred as we'd
like to tack this onto an exist cs-9 MR.  Thanks.
