The CONFIG_PHY_FSL_IMX8M_PCIE should probably be built in, all PCI ATM tends to be so this being a module would cause a problem (that's one I have on my todo list but like in Fedora rawhide first. CONFIG_PCS_XPCS can be cleaned up I suspect, it's already enabled in Fedora and ARK aarch64/x86 but disabled in common, so it could probably just go into common/general and the rest cleaned up.
