From: Prarit Bhargava <prarit@xxxxxxxxxx> perf: Require libbpf 0.6.0 or newer With libbpf 0.5 or older, feature-detection mechanism in tools/build silently fails for some functions (namely bpf_object__next_map() and bpf_object__next_program()), so fallbacks are used and that leads to endless loop. Make the problem visible during build by requiring libbpf new enough.
