Sorry, can't follow, so: Why? Some people will use kernel-ark just to build a
new Fedora kernel (or some distro based on Fedora) and won't care about RHEL
at all. Same for CentOS Stream and external RHEL clones, but there the
connection to RHEL obviously is closer.
