redhat/Makefile: Remove RHPRODUCT variable

The only use of RHPRODUCT is to set the RHDISTGIT_BRANCH variable.

Remove the RHPRODUCT variable and just use RHDISTGIT_BRANCH.  This will
make future change easier.
