[OS-BUILD PATCH] Enable KUNIT tests for testing

Enable KUNIT tests for testing

Some tests were accidently disabled: BITFIELD,CMDLINE,LINEAR_RANGES.
Enable these tests, and add all the missing tests into the
modules-internal package.
