From: Michal Berger on gitlab.com https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/merge_requests/1299#note_695231042 Feel like I am bit late to the party but would it be possible to enable this driver back? :) There are some projects which use it quite extensively while also depending on fedora as a base for the testing environment. The commit states: >We decided to disable the Soft-RoCE driver due to the current unstable status of the driver in the upstream kernel I don't see any hints in the source that this driver is unstable (nor deprecated). Would anyone kindly elaborate why it was deemed as such? _______________________________________________ kernel mailing list -- kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to kernel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
