Yes, still the same issue. This is enabling an original change that Christoph
refused, which is: to export the 'ana_state' sysfs file for all appropriate
NVMe devices (not just when nvme_core.multipath=Y).

This MR's small change just happened to be missed because I didn't write (or
ack) the original change during rhel8.2, dmilburn dealt with it, so the need
for this change was off my radar when porting to latest upstream.

Had I tested the original patchset that was already merged into ARK, like I
should have, I would have found this small change missing and folded it into
commit fb1e1b58781820 ("nvme: decouple basic ANA log page re-read support from
native multipathing").
