Seems we need this change ASAP, because OSCI is already complaining about
conflicts, eg.:

```
perf-5.13.0-0.rc3.25.el9.s390x provides
/usr/lib64/traceevent/plugins/plugin_cfg80211.so which is also provided by
libtraceevent-1.1.1-4.el9.s390x
...
```

This comes from the osci.brew-build.rpmdeplint.functional test, check-
conflicts-*.
