I'm not sure if we actually want to have the Lockdown LSM enabled. IIRC,
Fedora/RHEL (or just Fedora?) has some downstream patches that implement
something similar (I think?)... Perhaps these can now be replaced by the
upstream Lockdown LSM somehow, but I'm not familiar with those patches,
so I don't want to touch that in this PR :)
