Update internal (test) module list from RHEL-8

Upstream Status: RHEL only

Forward port update from RHEL-8 to add the following modules to the
mod-internal.list file:

  dmatest
  test_klp_*

In RHEL builds, these modules are packaged into the
kernel-modules-internal rpm and not kernel-core.
