Turns out that Gitlab actually sent me a notification. I'm just not
used to the format and since I get tons of notifications from a test
project, I incorrectly evaluated it as a noise. My fault, sorry for
that. I'll pay more attention to Gitlab notifications. I think we're
fine and don't need any extra work.
