5.10 status, plans, and gcc 11 failures.

Many of you may have noticed that the 5.10 kernel is not in the
rawhide repository or rawhide-nodebug right now. This is because
gcc11 was dropped into rawhide last week, and it will not build the
kernel on aarch64. Even if we do get this figured out soonish, the
merge window for 5.11 is open, and rawhide needs to move on. So here
is what I am going to try to do to make 5.10 available sooner rather
than later:

5.10 will go into stabilization in the next day or so. Once it is
there, I will do "official" builds against F33 so that they are signed
for secure boot, but I will not push those as updates.

The week of Jan 4th - Jan 8th will be the official 5.10 kernel test
week for the rebases. Depending on the results of that, I would
expect 5.10 will land in F33 and F32 updates shortly afterwards.

Thanks,
Justin
