I don't know that this is necessary, I expect the Fedora commit will
happen in about 3 weeks.  If this gets acks by then, I can just wait
to merge until then, I don't think ELN has a huge rush on this one.
If it does not, I can do a redhat/configs/fedora commit, and then
remove it when this one gets acks.
