So maybe this is a SPF-only issue? If the SPF record prohibits resending, there's not much the mailing list can do than replacing the From field. Also, Reply-To is set correctly. So, it is probably the right setting after all, sorry for the confusion. However, the footer should be removed anyway as it breaks the original DKIM signatures.
