jforbes, I want to be able to identify unassigned config reviews so that I know I have to get them assigned & eventually reviewed. Is there a way we could tag "unassigned" CONFIG review emails with a keyword? Perhaps even adding "NEW" in the email title might be enough or perhaps that is confusing?
