Why is dnf trying to install an older kernel than I already have?

>rpm -q kernel
kernel-5.3.11-300.fc31.x86_64
kernel-5.3.12-300.fc31.x86_64
kernel-5.4.5-300.fc31.x86_64
>uname -r
5.4.5-300.fc31.x86_64

>sudo dnf update
