We already have it all enabled on aarch64, and Arm in general, I actually question how useful the RHEL config is on non aarch64 as it doesn't enable CONFIG_SPI_SPIDEV or CONFIG_SPI_MASTER which I think are generally needed for it to be useful, but maybe CONFIG_SPI enables them, I've not looked.
