Hi, I just noticed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1637547 getting filed. I'm suspicious that this may be caused by the new deferred fbcon takeover stuff. So I double checked the settings in the fedpkg f28 branch and I noticed that CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_DEFERRED_TAKEOVER is still set there, which was not the intention (FWIW I did add a note about this to rebase-notes.txt). Rather then dropping it myself I'm sending this mail so that you (Fedora kernel team) are aware of this in case similar bugs come in. I'll leave it up to you to disable this I do think it is best to disable this for F28.
