FYI, there seems to be a problem with 4.18 as a virtualbox guest,
sometimes when the user resizes the vm-window the contents of the vm
Windows stop updating (when running a GUI) until the next resize.
This is probably an issue in the vboxvideo driver, triggered by
changes in 4.18 elsewhere. I've looking into this on my to do list.
Thanks for the report. I'll check back before doing the push if
I don't hear anything before that.
