(sent this to Chris only, resending for the list) kernel-4.15.0-0.rc1.git0.1.fc28 ended up being built by Hans since there were a couple of build failures and he fixed them up. I'm guessing he isn't in a koji group to do the secure boot signing so the build did not get signed.
