power management VT / versus GUI

CTRL+ALT+F2 and the message below appears every 5 seconds on the VT and in the syslog while when running the dsiplaymanager or GUI all is fine over days

*what* does the kernel here?
nobody is taking away the mouse and it's working perfect on the GUI
