Consists of upstream commit d47fb4ec7e101a63754939fa49d75fd7e81e94f8 "Build mic/mpssd only for x86_64", and replaced "MULTILIBDIR=..." with "lib=..." in spec file to reflect upstream change in /tools/perf/config/Makefile.

In the meantime, I was wondering why we didn't see this failure in
rawhide, since that was on 3.18 for several weeks. We disabled
CONFIG_BUILD_DOCSRC back in October in rawhide. That is still enabled
in F21. We could probably disable that there as well and avoid this
issue.

I'd still like to see the patch though.
