[red_trela@zalem ~]$ sudo yum update Error: package kernel-3.15.0-0.rc4.git3.1.fc21.x86_64 requires kernel-core-uname-r = 3.15.0-0.rc4.git3.1.fc21.x86_64, but none of the providers can be installed [red_trela@zalem ~]$ sudo yum update Downloads/kernel-* Error: package kernel-3.15.0-0.rc4.git3.1.fc21.x86_64 requires kernel-core-uname-r = 3.15.0-0.rc4.git3.1.fc21.x86_64, but none of the providers can be installed [red_trela@zalem ~]$ file Downloads/kernel-core-3.15.0-0.rc5.git3.1.fc21.x86_64.rpm Downloads/kernel-core-3.15.0-0.rc5.git3.1.fc21.x86_64.rpm: RPM v3.0 bin i386/x86_64 kernel-core-3.15.0-0.rc5.git3.1.fc21 What's up with that? According to koji, there's two weeks between these releases (why haven't they hit the rawhide repo yet?), that also means the issue's been around for a while now already. Also: [red_trela@zalem ~]$ uname -r 3.15.0-0.rc5.git1.1.fc21.x86_64 Isn't that supposed to be newer than kernel*-3.15.0-0.rc4.git3.1.fc21.x86_64? Any explanation as to why it trying to upgrade to a older version? -- Sandro _______________________________________________ kernel mailing list kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/kernel
