Welcome to the mid 1990s!

Enabling this will also mean every PCI driver will be enabled
unless we explicitly mark them as disabled in config-s390

Some of these don't make a lot of sense on s390. (Though the
idea of an s390 with a TV card amuses me).

Could you come up with a list of PCI drivers you expect to be
used on s390 ?
