Sometimes dracut is run but depmod hasn't been so the initramfs doesn't have any modules in it. And yet other times both of those are run just fine, but the initrd line isn't added to the grub config. I've personally seen the 'no suitable template' error and it works just fine on reboot. In all cases we've seen (except the rawhide one where dracut moved out of /sbin), there are no error logs, nothing in /var/log/messages, and nothing that would otherwise indicate a problem happened during the %posttrans script. The bugzillas aren't being ignored really. They aren't _kernel_ problems, but we don't really know what the problem is. If someone has thoughts on it, I'd love to hear them. josh _______________________________________________ kernel mailing list kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/kernel
