For a long time, our plan has been to get uprobes upstream, and at
some point thereafter drop utrace. They are not identical, so in fact
we'll suffer some functionality/performance regressions, until further
improvements to upstream-bound uprobes are made. Perhaps that might
justify keeping utrace around a little while after uprobes is merged.
But we anticipate no further upstream utrace effort.
