mvsas driver needs some love

This is a plea to see if any of the Fedora kernel folks might be able to
help give the mvsas driver some love. This driver supports some nice
inexpensive pcie SAS controllers that I would very much like to use for
my next generation disk servers.

Unfortunately the current driver is not very robust. Andy Yan of
Marvell has posted some patches that appear to help some, but were not
in good shape.

The patch posts start here:

If there was any chance to get updated versions into the Fedora kernel
so that I could (much) more easily test, that would be a huge help to me.

Thank you for your consideration.
