Well, new bit of info, it has nothing at all to do with the cisco
wireless card.  I just put in a xircom 10/100 card and got the same
thing.  I did see a backtrace of something shoot past past as it was
coming up but i didn't get to actually read any of it.  Well the only
word i saw was 'workqueue' but I have NO idea anything else around it.
I'm going to have to find a way to hook up a serial console I guess.

sysrq-t works, but i don't have any way to collect the info.
