Hi,I can reproduce (only with meet.google.com) and I think it might be a bug inChromium actually, it's been on my radar for a while, but I haven't looked intoit yet.Regards,Janpo 21. 8. 2023 v 13:09 odesílatel Neal Becker <ndbecker2@xxxxxxxxx> napsal:Running on up-to-date F38. Since a recent change, sharing a window has
changed for the worse.
Using chrome + google meet as an example (firefox and teams are the same),
choose share. A dialog appears "choose what to share". Select window tab
opens another dialog "choose which window to share with the requesting
application". Select a window, then click the "share" button. Now back to
"choose what to share" dialog. Here we can click the "share" button a 2nd
time. Now "meet.google.com is sharing a window" window has appeared, but
window is not yet being shared. "Choose which window to share with the
requesting application" dialog has appeared a 2nd time. Choosing a window
and click "share" button a 2nd time, now it appears to be sharing the
window. To stop sharing there are 2 windows "meet.google.com is sharing a
window" and I need to choose "stop sharing" in both of them.
Sharing a window works fine as before on kde/X11.
Thanks
Neal
Thanks for quick replies!
I can confirm that needing to hit a "share" button 2 times still persists with plasma-5.27.7.
I believe the process on MS teams maybe slightly better, but still required hitting "share" 2 times.
