Thank you, both Vitaly and Jose. The link Vitaly provides indicates that Fedora 36 KDE can successfully be loaded via BIOS instead of UEFI BIOS. I would like to pursue that option, however, it's not obvious from the Lenovo support site how to do this. I will dig further into what support Lenovo can provide, but do you have any suggestions?
