This seems to be related with qtwebengine since this happens consistently for all applications that use it. I have tested falkon and it does not render any page, the same happens for akregator. I have even installed qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld from rpmfusion with no change. It still does not work. :-( Any points to search this further?
