kde wayland support is currently enforced through dependencies, so I'm not 
aware of any way to "turn off wayland".

You can choose to login via classic X11 session type on the login window 
(and that choice will be remembered the next time you login).

Maybe back up a step, why are you asking how to turn it off exactly?
