Kup-backup rpm not in Fedora repos

Kup (Kup Backup System - Backup scheduler for the Plasma desktop https://invent.kde.org/system/kup) an official Kde project, is missing in Fedora repositories. I don’t know why. It depends on rsync and bup; bup is also not included in Fedora (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bup) because months ago was still using Python 2, but since 0.31 version (released on september 2020) it supports python 3 (https://github.com/bup/bup/blob/master/note/0.31-from-0.30.1.md)

Kup is also in other distributions, even rpm based distributions, as you can see in Repology (https://repology.org/project/kup-backup/versions).

So, can you please consider to include kup-backup into official Fedora repos?

Thanks
