Thanks. That setting is fine. Okular is first, followed by GNOME's evince.
As I said, PDF files directly open with Okular when opened from Dolphin
or even xdg-open. The problem is only with KRunner.
I guess I'll file a bug report with KDE.
Works fine here. Tried changing the order to Evince first (click Apply)
then change back to Okular as the default again?
