I believe I am seeing this as well - for the last few weeks I have
noticed severe lag on trackpad movements from time to time - I had
been thinking it was due to swapping ever since a recent firefox
update turned it into a memory hog, but I have seen it to a lesser
extent even when there is plenty of free RAM (and nothing using
unusual amounts of CPU).
