Have you tried recompiling it from source? You need kdelibs3-devel,
which is
available in the Fedora repository.

You will probably need the attached patch, from the OpenSUSE SRPM.
If you need any help with building or running it, I can have a look.
You may
be running into a kdelibs3 or qt3 bug that I need to fix anyway.

The kdelibs3-devel package refused to install on my system. The
dnfdragora program won't tell me why.
Try from command line for more info:
dnf install kdelibs3-devel
Correction: the package is installed. dnfdragora was displaying
erroneous, or at least incomplete, information.
Will start trying to build pwmanager-1.2.4 at the earliest opportunity,
under the assumption that I now have the tools to proceed. Thank you,
