I'm not sure what that means, but /var/spool/abrt/ is readable by root
and contains 1859 mainly oops* directories. The last one was created
under F28 on 2019-03-26
-----------------
Those 3 directories were identified by
sudo systemctl status abrtd.service
Krusader-as-root says that all the files in them are 0 bytes.
Other /var/spool/abrt/oops* directories that I have looked at have
files of non-zero length.
In my SL7.7 box the last oops* directory is oops-2018-12-07-20:11:23-3913-0
That has non-zero length files too.
