Yes I can confirm this is the problem with all the downloadable themes. I found a post from one of the PIM Devs, Dan I think it was who mentioned there was a template to work from in /usr/share/messageviewer for creating Header Themes. After comparing the two header.html files a saw quite a few changes, so I have started to modify the said downloaded header file, See attached. I haven't found the relevant comments in the 18.12.x change logs yet regarding this. Colin -- Fedora 29 (Twenty Nine)
