Yeah, I found:
Obsoletes: libreoffice-gtk2 < 1:6.1.2.1-3
which really needed to be:
Obsoletes: libreoffice-gtk2 < 1:6.1.2.1-4
(or higher)

and looks like it was already reported and fixed in rawhide,

new build on the way.
