Hi Leslie, Am I missing something? From the bug it sounds like this was an issue with Fedora Workstation, so I'm not sure why you sent this to the KDE list. I agree that this issue sounds troublesome and encourage you to open an issue in the Workstation team's repo (https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/issues) or bring it up on their mailing list (desktop@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).
