ok, throw away the history, accounts re created

* why in the world does auto connect no longer happen?
* where do i disable spell checking
* why does it no longer remember position/size of contact list
* why is the window size of konfiguration now as dumb as
  kwallet and not remembered - frankly it's a joke when
  you need to resize the same dialog again and again
