I use ibus to enter Chinese and Japanese text. Sometimes when I login to my KDE session all the ibus process have started and i can switch input methods by using the WindowsKey+Space. However, the ibus icon does not appear in the system tray and there is no IBus Panel in the System Tray Settings "Entries" options. If I restart plasmashell the icon shows as well as the entry in Settings.
